The pollen on my car today says it all!  I could write the word Hi in the greenish layer on my window lol!

Homeopathic Remedies:

Homeopathy (Greek meaning “like cures like”) has been around since the late eighteenth century.  Millions of people all over the world use this form of alternative therapy including over 400,00 healthcare providers.  Note:  Homeopathic medicines where regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) back in 1938.  These holistic (meaning mind, body, and spirit) remedies are believed to induce your body’s own natural healing process.  Homeopathic medications which are very small doses of biological substances can treat many health conditions.

I’ve seen a Homeopathic Practitioner since 1994 when necessary.  They will be able to make very specialized tinctures of medication for you based on the symptoms you are having.  I was made a mixture for sinus headaches and one for household dust & mold.

Important Note:

• always consult your health care or trained professional
• many remedies have several indications able to treat different conditions
• many remedies have substances that are believed to cancel or have an “antidote” effect of the remedies: peppermint, alcohol, caffeine, strong smells, strong flavors.
• the number on the label is the dilution.

Some of the over-the-counter products I use are from a company called Boiron and A. Vogel.  Here are some remedies I routinely take for sinus pressure and headache:

• Sinna from A. Vogel for sinus inflammation

Everyone has their own bio-individuality.  A medication may work for you but may have little to no effect on me.  Why?  How our body reacts to food, medications, etc. depend on our individual environments.  The level of stress, our diet, prescription drugs, medications, our genetics, our relationships, career, spirituality, household environment, even our finances all play a role in how our body will react and heal itself.  I think this is an important bit of information since what I share with you are the things I have educated myself on and have tried.  I have to tell you not everything I tried worked for me but I kept seeking out information and trying remedies until I found what worked for me best.
